Hello! I'm Bret; a 1994 baby, lifelong gamer, and full-time lover of the strange and unusual.Cryptid Pixels began as messy doodles in the margins of my notebooks and late-night “what if?” ideas inspired by horror games, odd creatures, and heavy music. I’ve always been drawn to things that are a little spooky, a little weird, and a lot cute; especially when wrapped in the warm nostalgia of pixel art.In 2022, I finally committed to making art a bigger part of my life and released my very first enamel pin. When do you ship out orders?
I ship orders Monday–Friday. My local USPS office closes early on Saturdays, so while I try to ship on Saturdays, it isn’t always guaranteed.
What is your processing time for orders?
I ship orders out within 1–4 business days (M–F). Because I’m a one-person studio with a primary job, things can get busy, but I do my best to ship the next business day whenever possible.
What are shipping costs?
Shipping is automatically calculated based on your location. I offer free shipping on all domestic orders $35+ USD and international orders $60+ USD.
I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?
On my Etsy storefront you can usually cancel automatically if I haven’t prepared the order for shipping yet. If it’s already packed, it may not be possible to cancel, but you can always message me and I’ll see what we can do.
Do you offer returns?
Returns and refunds are possible in certain situations, such as damaged products or mail issues. Please contact me with your situation first. If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Missing or damaged items may reduce the final refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
I don’t currently offer exchanges. You may request a return (see the Returns section) if your situation qualifies. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Do you do custom requests for pins or art commissions?
I currently accept commissions for digital art pieces or art prints. You can message me on Instagram or use the contact form on the home page (please use the subject: COMMISSION REQUEST). I do not take custom orders for enamel pins.
