📦 Orders & Processing

What is your processing times for orders

Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday). I’m a one-person studio, so during busy periods it may take the full processing time—but I always try to ship next business day when possible.

Custom stained glass order timelines are discussed during the initial quote/consultation.

When do you ship out orders?

Orders ship Monday–Friday. Occasionally, I’ll get them out on Saturdays too—but the post office closes early, so it’s not always guaranteed.

I made a mistake on my order - can I cancel?

You can request a cancellation by reaching out through the contact form as soon as possible.

If your order has already been packed or shipped, I’m unfortunately unable to cancel it.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

I offer free shipping on:

  • Domestic orders over $35 USD
  • International orders over $75USD
    (Based on the subtotal cost)

No coupon code is needed — just add items to your cart and the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

What if my package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but I don’t have it?

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. Delays can happen, especially during busy seasons, so please allow extra time for delivery.

In some cases, packages may be marked as “delivered” a bit early and can arrive within 2–3 days after that scan. I recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office if this happens.

If your package still hasn’t arrived after a few days, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help you locate it or guide you through the next steps.

Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for replacement or refund, but I’m happy to assist with filing a claim if needed.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns?

Returns and refunds are offered in certain situations, such as items that arrive damaged or issues with delivery where a replacement isn’t available (for example, retired or out-of-stock designs).

Please reach out through the contact form with your situation first so I can help.

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Any missing or damaged items may reduce the final refund amount.

Do you offer exchanges?

I don’t currently offer exchanges.

🎨 Custom Work

Do you take commissions?

I currently accept commissions for digital art and stained glass pieces.

You can reach out through Instagram or the contact form on the homepage (please include “COMMISSION REQUEST” in the subject line).

I do not offer custom enamel pin commissions at this time.

🌍 International Orders

International Customers – VAT & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, or customs fees depending on your country. These are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cryptid Pixels LLC isn’t responsible for additional fees or delays caused by customs.
