Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Cryptid Pixels LLC. Every order is packed and shipped with care from my one-person studio.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Because Cryptid Pixels LLC is operated by a one-person studio, processing times may occasionally take the full stated timeframe during busy periods, conventions, launches, or holidays. However, I always do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Custom stained glass commissions and made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines for these projects will be discussed during the initial consultation or quote process.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday.

I may occasionally ship on Saturdays, but my local USPS office closes early, so Saturday shipping is not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

Cryptid Pixels LLC currently offers:

  • Free domestic shipping on orders over $65 USD
  • Free international shipping on orders over $100 USD

No coupon code is required. Eligible discounts are automatically applied during checkout.

International Shipping

International customers may be responsible for VAT, import duties, customs fees, or taxes required by their country.

These fees are determined by your local government and are not controlled or collected by Cryptid Pixels LLC.

Cryptid Pixels LLC is not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or additional taxes charged after shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Shipping delays may occasionally occur, especially during holidays, severe weather, or other high-volume shipping periods.

Please note that some packages may be scanned and marked as “delivered” before they actually arrive. In many cases, packages appear within 2–3 business days after the delivery scan.

If your tracking shows delivered but your package has not arrived, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Check around your delivery area
  • Contact your local post office for additional tracking information

If your package still cannot be located after a few days, please contact Cryptid Pixels LLC through the contact form and I will do my best to assist you.

Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address error, contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, I may be able to update the address.

Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
