We do our best to accurately display product colors and details, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences or handmade processes.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.

Orders may be canceled or refused at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or incorrect pricing).

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather or external factors

Once an order has been shipped, Cryptid Pixels LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please allow 2–3 additional days, as carriers sometimes scan packages early

  • If still missing, contact your local post office

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not typically accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion. In approved cases:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping

  • The cost of any prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund

Items must be returned in original condition.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.

7. International Orders (VAT & Duties)

For international customers:

  • Buyers are responsible for any VAT, import taxes, or customs duties

  • Cryptid Pixels LLC is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs

All original content on this site—including artwork, designs, logos, product photos, and branding—is the property of Cryptid Pixels LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. User Content (Reviews & Photos)

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content (including through Etsy), you grant Cryptid Pixels LLC the right to use that content for promotional and marketing purposes.

This includes use on:

  • Social media

  • Advertising materials

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our website is hosted on Squarespace, and we may also sell through Etsy.

Purchases made through third-party platforms are also subject to their respective terms and policies.

  • Losses related to delays, lost packages, or misuse of products
