Returns & Exchanges

At Cryptid Pixels LLC, I want you to be happy with your order. Because many items are limited-run or handmade, I do not currently accept general returns or exchanges. However, I’m always happy to help if there is an issue with your order.

Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds may be offered in certain situations, including:

  • Items arriving damaged
  • Delivery issues where a replacement is unavailable (such as retired or out-of-stock designs)

Please contact me first through the contact form with details about the issue before sending anything back.

If a return is approved:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Missing or damaged items may reduce the final refund amount
  • If a prepaid return label is provided by Cryptid Pixels LLC, the label cost may be deducted from the final refund total

Exchanges

I do not currently offer exchanges.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. Shipping delays may occasionally occur, especially during busy seasons or holidays.

Please note that some packages may be scanned and marked as “delivered” before they actually arrive. In many cases, the package will show up within 2–3 business days after the delivery scan. I recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office first.

If your package still has not arrived after a few days, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help locate it or assist with the next steps.

Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address mistake, contact me immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, I can update the address. Once an order has shipped, I am unable to make changes.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
